    Thought I started reading BlueLock back in 2021, I never really caught any interest for the manga even less for Rin himself. I dropped it after reading the first tome and somehow got back into it 2 years later. However what really hooked me up was the U-20 match who became a sort of eye opener for me when it came to Rin. As I said before, I didnā€™t thought much of his character as I unfortunately thought he wasnā€™t anything more than just a token edgy character (sorry rinnieā€¦ā€¦). But how do I even say it ? When I saw how much of a very lost boy he was when he showed this extremely vulnerable side of him, itā€™s like seeing a wet kitten begging to be rescued. How much he longed to rebuild this lost connection he had with his brother in the most childish way made me reflect on the depth of his character a little more. Thereā€™s something about the way he voluntary complicates his own feelings towards soccer or his brother that is quite fascinating infact Iā€™m really looking forward making a proper doc on how much of a multidimensional character Rin is truly and we cannot just stop at his "tsundere" demeanor and thereā€™s much more than that (Iā€™d like to let this side of Rin shine more through my yumeship. trust.) As much as I love to play on twisted dynamics when it comes to my own yumeship , I truly wish for him to find a way to heal without having to lean on anyone or anything that could make him considerably worse in the process. And as the story unfolds along with flashbacks given, I can say I really love him ā€¦.from the bottom of my heart !!!2 years anniversary
